Just in time for the cold season, Voodoo Juice!

8 cups water

1 cup lemon juice

4-5 fresh cloves garlic, mashed

3 TBSP fresh grated ginger or 2 TBSP Dried

5 dashes Cayenne Pepper

Simmer with lid on for 10 minutes, strain, can add honey or agave to taste.

Best to drink 1 cup per hour to clear up respiratory ailments, flu and cold symptoms
