Transformations 360 – Type II Diabetes
TRANSFORMATIONS 360 – Type II Diabetes PROGRAM
There can be little doubt that our food choices play a major role in the current condition people are in. We suffer from more chronic and debilitating diseases than ever before. We were not designed to eat large amounts of refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, cereal, bread and potatoes, GMO foods or pasteurized milk products.
In fact, there is an Epidemic of Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes in America Today. According to the CDC 1 out of 3 people are either Pre-Diabetic or Diabetic
- 87 Million are Pre-Diabetic or Diabetic
- Many do not know it & are undiagnosed
- 634 people die each day from a diabetes related illness (270% increase in last 4 yrs.)
- 5,206 additional are diagnosed daily
- Child Type II Diabetes nearly ¼ Million & growing rapidly (23% in last 9 years)
Our standard of care is waiting for people to become a Diabetic or advanced Diabetic at which point medication is prescribed, however this does not stop the progression or complications of Diabetes. The time to address elevated blood sugar is before Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes sets in during the unhealthy range of 88-100. The reasons why people become a Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic usually has to do with:
- Unhealthy food habits
- Excessive abdominal weight and body composition
- Digestion and nutritional deficiencies
- Lack of exercise.
It is important to lose the unhealthy fat in the abdomen and hips. This is the dangerous fat that contributes to increased risk for insulin resistance, Type II Diabetes, and is very inflammatory to the whole body, elevating risk for cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s, and other health conditions.

Knowing your WICO® Score is the first step towards a life of health, vitality and well-being.
To correct unhealthy elevated blood sugar we start by taking your WICO® score and evaluate your 15 health markers and what could be underlying your specific condition. It begins with a simple questionnaire that allows a “look under the hood” to determine which imbalances in your body are causing your blood sugar problems. Frequently, imbalances in functional health conditions are the root cause of why people can’t lose weight and keep it off, and why many are on track to becoming type II diabetic.
When you call to schedule your free consultation, we’ll provide you access to the online Questionnaire. During your complimentary consultation you will learn:
- Which of the 15 key functional health conditions are indicating mild, moderate or severe imbalances
- What each imbalance in functional condition signifies in terms of your health and, most importantly
- How you can correct any conditions you may have, before they progress into serious health problems
- How you can use periodic WICO® scoring to become preventative and maintain vital health.
In these ways, we will help you interpret your test results so you have a good picture of your current state of functional health.
You will get your questions answered and have a much better understanding of why you may be experiencing difficulty with weight loss, high blood sugar, insulin resistance or other chronic health issues. Plus, we will recommend what steps you should take next to address any functional health problems you may have.

T360 assists in controlling Type 2 Diabetes
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition that affects the way your body metabolizes sugar (glucose) — an important source of fuel for your body.
With type 2 diabetes, your body resists the effects of insulin or doesn’t produce enough insulin to maintain normal glucose levels. Glycated hemoglobin (A1C) test. This blood test indicates your average blood sugar level for the past two to three months. Normal levels are below 5.7 percent, and a result between 5.7 and 6.4 percent is considered pre-diabetes. An A1C level of 6.5 percent or higher on two separate tests means you have diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes used to be known as adult-onset diabetes, however, more children are being diagnosed with the disorder, probably due to the rise in childhood obesity caused by the foods they are fed. You can learn to control Type 2 Diabetes, by losing weight, eating well and exercising. When you are not able to manage your blood sugar, you may need diabetes medications.
Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes often develop slowly. In fact, you can have type 2 diabetes for years and not know it. Some frequent symptoms to look for are:
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
- Increased hunger
- Unintended weight loss
- Fatigue
- Diabetic Neuropathy: Over time, a prolonged exposure to high blood sugar can damage the nerves throughout the body. Some people may not have any symptoms of the damage, while others may notice numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities. Typically, this neuropathy originates in the feet and is most common in people who have gone undiagnosed for 25 years or more. In some studies, almost 50 percent of unexplained peripheral neuropathy, whether painful or not, turns out to be prediabetes or diabetes.
- Women’s health issues: Because both yeast and bacteria multiply more quickly when blood sugar levels are elevated, women with diabetes are overall at a higher risk of feminine health issues such as bacterial infections, yeast infections, and vaginal thrush.
- Blurred Vision: The lens of the eye is a flexible membrane suspended by muscles that change the shape of the lens to focus the eye. In a high-sugar environment, such as with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes, the lens’s ability to bend is altered. Although the lens is not damaged, the muscles of the eye must work harder to focus.
Type 2 Diabetes Treatments
Weight loss
Losing weight can lower your blood sugar levels. Losing 5-10% of your body weight can make a difference, although a sustained weight loss of 7 percent or more of your initial weight seems to be ideal. That means someone who weighs 180 pounds would need to lose a little less than 13 pounds to make an impact on blood sugar levels.
Controlling portions, eating healthy foods and when you eat are simple ways to start taking weight off. Learning to eat properly for your body type and learning to make healthy choices is required to maintain healthy body weight.
Healthy eating
Contrary to popular perception, there’s no specific diabetes diet. However, it’s proven to be important to center your diet around:
- Fewer calories
- Eliminating refined carbohydrates, especially sweets
- Eliminate phony sugars, sugar substitutes
- Fewer foods containing saturated fats
- More fresh vegetables and fruits
- More foods with fiber.
- Increased water intake
Physical activity
Everyone needs regular aerobic exercise, and people who have type 2 diabetes are no exception. Get your doctor’s OK before starting an exercise program. Choose activities you enjoy, such as walking, swimming and biking, so that you can make them part of your daily routine. Bottom line is when you get 25 minutes per day going for a brisk walk you’ll improve your health when you accompany that exercise with healthy foods.
Aim for at least 30 to 60 minutes of moderate (or 15 to 30 minutes of vigorous) exercise most days of the week. A combination of exercises — aerobic exercises, such as walking or dancing on most days, combined with resistance training, such as weightlifting or yoga twice a week — offers more benefits than either type of exercise alone.
It’s also important to reduce the amount of time you spend in inactive activities, such as watching TV. Try to move around a bit every 30 minutes.
Our T360 Program is designed to assist you in becoming healthy. We work with diet, with activity, with assisting you in learning what is and what is not healthy for you to eat. You have daily support in learning to make healthy choices and seeing results that you can measure. Weight is a byproduct of gaining a healthy body again. Losing weight is a gauge, not the focus. We want to lower blood pressure, balance insulin levels, increase energy levels, alleviate stressors that make sleeping difficult and get the unhealthy fat around your middle reduced so that you can have the life you want.
